Basketball - Hidalgo HS @ Mission Veterans Memorial HS

The basketball doubleheader got started with the girls game. The Hidalgo Lady Pirates took care of business and pulled away with the victory over the VMHS Lady Patriots in regulation time.

It was not so easy for the second game. It took three overtime periods to determine a winner. In the end, the VMHS Patriots prevailed over the Hidalgo Pirates with a three-three pointer.
