Football - Edinburg HS at McAllen Memorial HS

The Edinburg Bobcats visited the McAllen Memorial Mustangs on Saturday afternoon, and they were caught with an unusually common storyline for this game. Once again, a Freshman made an impact for the McAllen Memorial Mustangs. Trevor Speights caught everybody's attention by taking his first carry ever at the varsity level for a touchdown. The Edinburg Bobcats eventually got things under control and kept the game close, but the McAllen Memorial Mustangs took the 24-10 victory in this match up.
