Sharyland v La Joya Girls Basketball

Now that district play has begun, we are starting to cover basketball - and that includes both boys and girls.  Besides Nikki Rowe v Mc HI, we also traveled to Sharyland to see the Lady Rattlers take on the visiting Lady Coyotes from La Joya.  It was a long bus ride home to La Joya as Sharyland took an easy 55-27 win in District 30-5A.  Senior post player Monica Salinas is back, dominating the boards as usual.  We'll have some JV photos up shortly.
