Football - Weslaco East at McHi

A much anticipated game in District 31-5A. The Weslaco East Wildcats and the McHi Bulldogs had a showdown on Friday nigh at the McAllen Memorial Stadium. The Wildcats scored on their first drive and showed they could drive the ball down the field. The Bulldogs answered right back and took the lead  at half-time on a crazy fumble. A blocked extra point by the Bulldogs, and a couple of late interceptions on the Wildcats sealed the deal. The McHi Bulldogs remained undefeated after beating the Weslaco East Wildcats 28-20.
